After her parents died Azmaria was sent from family to family until she was adopted by Mr. Hendrick. Unfortunately Mr. Hendrick was a Devil worshiper who wanted to use her Apostle power's to heal his ravaged body. She was rescued by Rosette and Chrono becoming close friends with both of them and idolizing Rosette. From that point on she decides to follow in Rosettes footsteps and become a sister for the Magdalene Order in the militia division.
