In a foggy area of London a man brings a hooker to his house, while he talks to her you can see bugs dropping from off a shelf and on the legs of the table. While trying to seduce her, someone's boot crushes one of the bugs crawling on the floor it belongs to a man in a red hat and coat. "What you doing in my home? Who do you think you are?" asks the man. "The Hellsing Organization!" replies the man in red, He pulls a hand gun out of his coat with the words Hellsing carved into it and points it at the couple. As the man begs for his life the man in red says "Outta the way human, unless you would rather become a miserable little ghoul!" The man shoves the woman and runs for the door, the man in red pulls the trigger. The Bullet hits the lady in the head; she falls to the floor and turns to dust. The man is in shock at what just happened and as he stares at the dust the man in red disappears as fast as he appeared. Outside there is military all over, and out walks the man in red he walks right past them as they storm the house. He walks up to a car and says "limited release completed."
"On the 12th of June this priest was assigned to a small church in the village of Cheta one month later the first wave of missing person reports began flooding in, the local police conducted the investigation the day before yesterday the officers were sent to the church to apprehend the suspect. All of them were reported killed, it was then the London police authority ordered D-11 into action!" says a man behind a desk.
"Yesterday special division 11 sent in one unit of their elite troops, 50% casualties were suffered, what's worse it seems our men were killed by the officers reported the day before!" says a man in uniform. A Sir Integra Hellsing sits and listens to what they say and she informs them that the officers are no longer human, because they have had their blood drained by a Vampire they are now known as Ghouls. She tells them there is only one way to deal with this kind of problem, the Hellsing Organization, and that the organization has already sent assistance to Cheta to take care of the problem. The man in uniform asks "how many agents," she replies "One!"
The man in red arrives at the village of Cheta; a young lady named Seras grabs the first aid box and runs to help her comrade Jack. While applying first aid to a bite on his arm and telling him that she wouldn't cry jack becomes a ghoul and attacks her. Seras points her gun at him and says "Please don't make me do this Jack!" Instead of shooting him she pistol whips him and runs back to the rest of her comrades only to find that they are all ghouls as well. She shoots one of them it has no effect; when they attack she runs away. While running down the road she stops and a woman appears who is also a ghoul, before she can pull the trigger a hand goes right threw the lady turning her into ash. Seras is standing face to face with the man in red.
"Beautiful night isn't police girl. It's especially beautiful of course if you're a blood sucker!" says the man in red. Seras shoots at him and winds up putting a hole in his arm. When it grows back she says "You're not human!" as she runs away. Seras comes across a church surrounded by a graveyard and goes inside thinking it would be a safe place to hide. Inside she comes across a priest, she soon realizes that he is the one her unit was sent to apprehend. She is soon pulled into his arms, and he decides to turn her into a ghoul. Just than something crashes threw the door of the church, it's the man in red.
"And who are you?" asks the priest. "My name is Arucard I am a servant of the Hellsing Organization, I deal with garbage like you!" says the man in red, Arucard. As Arucard approaches the priest holding Seras a bunch of ghouls stand up out of the rows of pews. They are all of Seras former comrades and the priest orders them to kill Arucard. They dump a bunch of bullets into his body and he falls to floor in pieces. Just when the priest thinks he has won Arucard begins to regenerate his body form within a mist. Arucard pulls out his hand gun and starts shooting the ghouls with his gun which is a 13mm explosive round. A silver cross from LAN Chester church was melted into the alloy for the bullets. The priest assumes that Arucard won't shoot a human; Arucard makes eye contact with Seras.
"Police girl, I'm going to fire my gun, know the bullet will rip through your lungs before it hits the maggot vampire's heart. I know you don't want to die tonight; do you want to come with me? I can't force you into this, the decision has to be of your own free will so make the choice!" says Arucard "Yes!" replies Seras.
With her answer Arucard pulls the trigger, the bullet rips threw her chest hitting the Vampire sending him against the cross and turning him to dust. As she lies dieing on the floor Arucard reminds her that it was her choice. He bites her neck turning her into a vampire thus saving her life. Sir Integra is waiting outside for Arucard to return; he finally emerges and informs her that the vampire has been silenced. He asks that Seras be transferred to the Hellsing Organization. Sir Integra tells him "You don't make decisions, were leaving!" as she walks away.
