Seras gets her first chance to show the Hellsing Organization what she can do. It's a rainy night as a group of people exit a club, with them is a lady named Kim. Seras and others in the Hellsing organization wait on a near by roof top for their guest to make a move. Kim notices a lady dressed in red standing in the alley she appears to be in need of help. The lady in red approaches Kim. When Seras goes to put a scope on her gun her commander tells her there's no need for it because she is now a vampire. She reaches for a bullet but when she touches it turns to dust and burns her finger.
Kim and her date turn their heads for just a second, when they go to try and help the lady in red they find that she's disappeared. Before Kim knows it the lady in red has grabbed her leg's knocking her to the ground. Seras is told to fire at the lady in red who they now know is a vampire; she has flashbacks and cannot do it. Her commander radio's another officer and he takes the shot. The vampires head is blown clean off its shoulders and maggots fall out of the corpse. A clean up crew is sent in to pick up the mess and to deal with the eye witnesses.
Seras gets taken inside the Hellsing mansion by the butler named Walter he takes her to a room in the basement. There are no windows only a table and a four posted bed in the room. She jumps on the bed and accidentally hits a controller causing the beds top to lower turning it into a coffin. When she decides to leave her room she sees two men and out of nowhere a voice say's "They work for me so don't feed off them." We find out that it's Sir Integra and Seras replies "I'm not like that."
In the meantime Arucard is given a new assignment, to track down a group of vampires that are killing whole families and writing messages on the walls in blood. There is a bloody scene in a house where the whole family has been killed the vampires are teenagers who get their kicks by killing. They start making out in the middle of their bloody mess surrounded by their victims. They figure the more they kill the stronger they will become. The vampires Jessica and Leif start making out again and at the same time shoot the bodies of the dead.
Seras goes into a shooting range for the Hellsing organizations employees where she encounters some military men practicing. She is given a gun that weighs fifteen kilos plus a little more with ammo and is able to carry all of that with no problems. When she fires at the target her shots are off and so one of the officers, Captain Gareth informs her that she must shoot for the heart when hunting vampires. Just then they get called out on another mission.
The cops have finally caught up with the teen vampires on their scooter, Jessica turns and shoots at the cop car causing it to catch on fire and the second car run into it. Arucard spots the teens and releases his control to level five causing his body to change, about that time the teens make it to a red tunnel. They see Arucard ahead and plan on taking him out but he gets a shot off first and hits their scooter causing them to wreck.
"You've gone and taken all those lives and not even because you were thirsty, is it fun huh is that what it takes for filth like you to get off. Cheap little two bit terrors." says Arucard to the teens. "What's it to you." says Leif and with that he shoots Arucard in the shoulder. Arucard begins to regenerate and pulls his side arm out off his jacket. Leaf opens fire on him and Arucard fires two shoots back sending one ripping threw Leif's Chest. Unfortunately for Leif all of his bullets miss Arucard and Jessica watches as his body turns to dust. Jessica turns and runs away leaving the red tunnel which brings Jessica into the open.
Seras is set up on the roof top waiting for any stray vampires to come out of the tunnel. When Jessica shows up she can see that she is about 500 meters away. Seras is ordered to fire, and this time she doesn't hesitate. She fires her gun and watches as Jessica turns to dust. For killing the vampire she is now officially accepted into the Hellsing Organization.
